About the storage period

The storage period is calculated per package from the time each package arrives at the member's PO Box. Packages can be stored free for 30 days from arrival. After 30 days, an extension fee is charged per day. Even for the same member, if arrival dates differ, the free storage deadline differs for each package.
From arrival to 30 days This is the free storage period. You can apply for shipping or discard.
After 30 days An extension fee is charged per day.
After 90 days Packages that have been in storage for 90 days from arrival are subject to automatic disposal.

Free storage period (30 days from arrival date)

The first 30 days after package arrival are the free storage period. During this period, please apply for shipping or discard from MyPage. If you apply for shipping, confirm destination, shipping method, and payment details, then complete the procedure.

Extension fees after free storage period

After the free storage period, extension fees apply until shipping or discard is completed. Extension fees are calculated as 100 JPY per day for each 10kg. Any fraction under 10kg is rounded up. For example, a 12.5kg package is calculated in the 20kg bracket, so it is 200 JPY per day.

Automatic discard (after 90 days from arrival)

Packages that have been in storage for 90 days from arrival are subject to automatic disposal. At automatic discard, we charge 60 days of extension fees beyond the free storage period plus a discard fee.
Shipping or discard applications made right before the deadline may overlap with automatic discard processing depending on timing. Please complete procedures with enough margin.

About discard fees

The discard fee is 1,100 JPY per package. Discard fees apply both to automatic discard and to discard requests submitted by members from MyPage. If you discard a package after the free storage period, extension fees are charged in addition to the discard fee.

Notification timing

For packages close to free storage expiry, we send reminder emails 7 days and 1 day in advance. For packages past the free storage period, we send a status-change notification email. Emails are for supplemental confirmation. Regardless of email receipt, please check storage status in MyPage.

Caution

Extension and discard fees are calculated by the system based on each package's weight, arrival time, and processing time. We do not accept storage deadline extensions. Please complete shipping or discard procedures with sufficient time before the deadline. Packages already discarded cannot be returned or shipped.
